Who Am I?
I am a registered chartered Clinical Psychologist. I qualified in 2013 and since then have been working with clients in the NHS as a Specialist Clinical Psychologist to reduce distress and improve their mental wellbeing.
I specialise in working with clients with long-term health conditions and have worked in an NHS chronic/persistent pain service for the past four years. Before that, I worked in a brain injury rehabilitation service.
I work with clients to help them make sense of their experiences, to focus on reclaiming their lives, improving their quality of life, and to build on their own inner strengths and resources to overcome whatever difficulties show up for them.
